Cencora reports that it became aware of a data security incident impacting its information systems on February 21, 2024 and confirmed on April 10, 2024 that the personal health and other information of its patients participating in patient support programs and/or in receipt of other products or services had been exfiltrated and stolen by malignant cyber actors.
