Statement of Claim

CONSUMER LAW GROUP has launched a Canada-wide class action lawsuit against male-oriented hair colouring products JUST FOR MEN on behalf of men who have suffered serious side effects after using the products.

The products have been available for over 25 years, however in recent years, there have been numerous reports of men who have experienced serious and extremely painful side effects from using the products. Some of the potential side effects of JUST FOR MEN include:

● Blistering of the skin

● Severe itching

● Swelling and rashes

● Painful burning sensation

● Scarring

● Weeping sores on the skin

The number of reports of serious side effects was followed by allegations that JUST FOR MEN changed the composition of their products, as the increase in complaints was significant and some complaints came from long-time users of the product.
