The Intel Processors in the lawsuit include, but are not limited to: Intel Celeron, Intel Pentium, Intel Core i3, Intel Core i5, Intel Core i7, Intel Core i9, Intel Xeon, Intel Xeon Phi, Intel Atom, and Intel Itanium processors. Intel Processors can be found in desktop, laptop, and cloud-based computers, as well as in servers, tablets and smartphones. All electronic devices which contain Intel Processors since at least 2004 may be affected by the security flaw. The class action alleges that Intel Processors contain security flaws that may be exploited by hackers to access Class Members’ personal and/or private information, such as passwords, usernames, security keys, credentials, cryptographic keys, social security/insurance numbers, personal photos, credit card and banking information, emails and other data (the “Design Defect”), thereby making their electronic devices susceptible to attacks called "Me
